Cour de Grace welcomes you to “Soul Speak" - an 8 week eCourse. By being a participant in this program, you are acknowledging that you have read this agreement, and that you understand and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
This agreement pertains to: "Soul Speak" (eCourse), Cour de Grace, LLC (eCourse Organizer) and Maria A Rodriguez (eCourse Facilitator). Terms and Conditions are as follows:
NO PRIVILEGED RELATIONSHIP
This eCourse does not create a privileged confidential therapist/client relationship between the eCourse facilitator, Maria A Rodriguez, and any participant. Nothing said, written or provided throughout the eCourse shall be construed as therapeutic advice. This eCourse is intended for informational and educational purposes only.

Results vary based on many factors, including but not limited to each participant’s degree of previous study and experience, as well as the willingness and ability to learn and apply these teachings. Participating in this eCourse does not guarantee success in discovering and mapping your soul's guidance. This eCourse is not a substitute for professional counseling.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Although many efforts are being made to provide a safe, learning environment, there is an understanding that there are never any guarantees. Please be responsible for your own safety as well. This eCourse, eCourse Organizer and eCourse Facilitator or its partners, associates, affiliates, consultants and presenters, shall not be held liable under any circumstances, for any injury or damage to your person, your relationships, or any other aspect of your life as well as to any injury or damage to your belongings (e.g., iphone, laptop, etc).
PERMISSION TO RECORD AND USE
You grant the eCourse Organizer and Facilitator to record the VideoCalls as a feature of this eCourse. You further grant them an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide right to use what is shared in the Circle Space and VideoCalls for teaching and sharing purposes; case examples being a necessary aspect of these kind of teachings. Any and all identifying information (i.e., name, residence, company name, etc) will remain confidential.
INDEMNIFICATION
All participants agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the eCourse Organizer and Facilitator from any claims, damages, costs and expenses, directly or indirectly resulting from, or caused by, either your failure to comply with the Terms set forth herein, your participation in the eCourse, any intentional or negligent behavior of any other eCourse attendee, any result or lack of desired result you may have anticipated, or any negligence on the part of the eCourse Organizer before, during or after the eCourse.
RIGHT TO REMOVE
The eCourse Organizer and Facilitator have the right to remove any participant from the eCourse who has violated the Terms of this agreement. Such participant forfeits their right to any and all guarantees and will not receive any refund for registration fees.
By participating in this eCourse, you represent and warrant that you are over 18 years of age and are fully competent and authorized to enter into this agreement on your behalf. By agreeing to this release, you assert that you have carefully read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
