1. How long is this course?
This is an 8 week course beginning on May 5th and ending on June 30th, 2019.
2. How much time will this course take?
You can plan on spending around 3 hours per week to listen to the audio/video Teachings, review the PDFs, do the 6-Step Guidance Mapping process, and interact in the course discussion forum. The Live Q & A VideoCalls are an additional 90 minutes. You may also choose to do the entire course at your own pace and schedule.
3. How will I access the course materials?
You will receive access to a Wednesday Wisdom audio or video teachings and PDF links. For the Live Q&A VideoCalls, you will receive a Zoom invitation with a link and code. This will require an internet connection so you can launch the Zoom application.
4. How do the Live Q & A VideoCalls work?
As mentioned above, the VideoCalls will occur through Zoom Videoconferencing. You will launch the application ahead of time so you can use the link or code to join the meeting. Although answering questions received live and prior through the course discussion forum is an aspect of the call, a co-discerning circle is activated with specific guidance and higher wisdom often being received. The VideoCalls will likely take place after Week Three and Week Six (dates and times to follow). A video recording will be posted in the course.
5. Can I get a refund after I register?
In consideration of unexpected things happening, as well as the need to protect this eSpace and eCourse materials, refunds are honored under the following conditions:
For facilitated eCourses, refund requests received up to 7 days prior to the eCourse start date will be honored. After that time, no refunds will be given. For self-paced eCourses, refund requests received prior to receiving any eCourse materials will be honored. There are no refunds once material has been sent. Please do not request a refund through PayPal. All refund requests can be sent directly to [email protected]. Thank you!
6. Will CEUs (Continuing Education Units) be offered to Mental Health Professionals?
A Certificate of Attendance will be available for purchase, indicating that you have earned 11.5 contact hours for participation in this eCourse. Our understanding is that this can be submitted for CEU approval by your governing agency if required. There's no way to guarantee that governing agencies will provide approval. Additional information (e.g., Course Description, Course Objectives and Teacher Bio) can be provided upon purchase of the Certificate. In addition, a Cour de Grace Certification Program for helping professionals (e.g., psychotherapists, coaches, spiritual directors) is being planned. Attendance in any Cour de Grace offering will serve as credit towards that Certification.
7. Is this course Christian (or non-Christian) in nature? Will it interfere with my particular faith?
The short answer is that it is not Christian or non-Christian in nature. It transcends the level of religion and is centered in universal spirituality. Participants from different faiths have reported that their faith is enhanced rather than threatened or weakened.
The long answer is based on this image that immediately came to mind in response to the question:
Imagine bridges placed around in a circle leading to the same center. But these bridges are not normal in shape. The hump is much shorter, is at the tail end, and is leading to a higher plane than the plane where the bridge begins. The circle in the center of all the bridges is then at a higher level than where each bridge begins.
Now imagine each bridge representing a different faith but leading to the same center. This center is Universal Spirituality- what all faiths have in common and what transcends all faiths.
The part of each bridge after the hump contains the unique aspects of each faith that enrich us all, each being one part of the whole, 1/7th of the whole. Each pathway has something that is available for us all regardless of our faith, our birthright so to speak. When these are joined together, when we can see them all, we are led to far greater wholeness.
My bridge will always be Catholic. By my ascending that bridge through the golden gates and entering into the highest plane where all bridges lead in the center, I can benefit from all wisdom. This doesn't threaten or diminish my specific Catholic bridge in the least. It only enhances it, enriches it, and expands it, especially when it comes to a more personal, profound and integral experience of what many call God.
It enables me and those who ascend here, to go to the many people who are back at various points on our particular bridge and bring them the incredible wisdom and glory that is experienced and gathered up there.
And so to answer your question, my circles and courses are not Christian or Jewish or any faith in their nature, for they include the riches of what each faith brings and yet transcends them as well, operating within this higher universal realm.
At this level, all of the shadow stuff that exists in every faith remains behind the hump on each bridge, and all that's left is Light! As we ascend, we are brought to greater and greater light and heart and truth and wholeness and wisdom and faith, and connection with God and grace and miracles- Hallelujah is right!
